Refunds are offered up to 14 days from purchase with proof of purchase and original packaging & condition you received it in. After 14 days, refunds will not be issued. A return label will be sent to you and shipping costs for return will be deducted from refund. Return shipping cost is non-refundable. To complete your return, contact us at info@dosperroscoffee.com.

All orders are processed and shipped upon receipt of payment for order with email
confirmation, and are generally shipped 24-36 hours after payment received. This may be delayed during holiday or weather related periods. Shipping times vary depending on destination, and package weight. Contact carrier directly if product missing or not delivered.
