Grown in Eastern Highland regions of New Guinea where younger coffee trees, although producing fewer cherries, have a higher sugar content producing a more sweet, complex cup of coffee. Certified organic beans are sent to Canada for Swiss Water Processing to create a creamy cup of coffee, minus the caffeine.
